THE PHOTO: Pick the one that feels most like them. We print your photo as it is and don't repaint it, so it needs to be sharp, with their face clear and not too small in the shot. Phone photos are usually fine. Our team checks every photo before we start, and if it won't print well at the size you picked, we'll email you before anything goes ahead.

THE COLOR: Original keeps the photo just as you took it. Black and white is quieter and tones down a busy background.

THE NAME: Your pet's name goes under the photo in capital letters, spelled the way you type it. The words Forever Loved and the heart are part of the design.

THE PRINT: Archival matte fine art paper, 230gsm and 9.5 mil thick, printed in the USA with pigment inks rated to last 100+ years.

THE FRAME: Solid wood, 0.875″ face and 1.125″ deep, with an acrylic face instead of glass. Black, white or natural, and the hanging wire comes fitted. Pick No frame and the print ships rolled in a tube, ready for a frame you already own.

2. Our team paints your artwork and emails you a digital proof, usually within 48 hours.

3. Approve it, or ask for changes. Revisions are free and we keep going until it's right.

4. We print and ship. Once you approve, or 48 hours after your proof if we haven't heard back.

Free shipping on all US orders, printed and shipped from the USA.

Printing takes 2 to 4 business days once you approve your proof, then delivery is 3 to 7. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.

We ship within the United States only for now.

Questions people ask

Can I have more than one pet in the portrait?

Yes. Pick the listing that matches how many: one, two, three or four pets. Each one gives you an upload box and a name field for every pet, and the multi-pet prints are landscape so nobody gets cropped. More than four? Email support@fawnhouse.com before you order.

When will I see my proof?

Within 48 hours of ordering, usually sooner. It comes by email.

What if I want changes?

Reply to the proof email and say what to change. Revisions are free and there's no limit. We'd far rather revise three times than print something you don't love.

What photo should I send?

A sharp, well-lit photo taken close to your pet, at their eye level, with the head and chest in frame. Daylight is ideal. Our Photo Guide has good and bad examples. Not sure? Send us your best two or three and we'll pick.

Which size should I pick?

The smallest suits a desk, a shelf or a gallery wall. Most people choose one of the sizes in between, for a hallway or a bedroom. The largest is for a big wall above a sofa or a bed.

Does it arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Framed prints arrive assembled and canvas arrives stretched and finished on all four sides, both with the hanging wire already fitted. All you need is a picture hook rated for the weight of the size you pick. Unframed prints ship rolled in a tube, ready for a frame of your own.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Our team starts on your portrait soon after the order comes in, so after that we can't promise a cancellation. Just email orders@fawnhouse.com with your order number.
