How It Works

Every Fawn House portrait is painted from the photos you send, and you approve it before anything gets printed. Here's how it goes.

STEP 1 — SEND US A PHOTO

Place your order and upload your favorite photo of your pet. Close, clear and well-lit works best. Our Photo Guide shows what we mean. Ordering a two, three or four pet portrait? There's an upload box and a name field for each of them. If the only photo you have is old or soft, email it to support@fawnhouse.com before you order and we'll tell you whether we can paint from it.

STEP 2 — WE PAINT

Your portrait goes to our team straight away. Within 48 hours you'll get an email with a digital proof of the finished artwork.

STEP 3 — YOU APPROVE IT

Look closely. The eyes, the markings, the name, the dates. Want something changed? Reply to the proof email and tell us. Revisions are free and we'll keep going until it's right. Nothing gets printed until you say so.

STEP 4 — WE PRINT AND SHIP

Once you approve, your portrait is printed in the United States and shipped. Printing takes 2 to 4 business days, delivery 3 to 7. Most orders land 6 to 12 business days after you approve the proof. Canvas and framed prints arrive with the hanging wire fitted. Unframed prints ship rolled in a tube.

OUR PROMISE

You see everything before it's printed. If your order turns up damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you'd rather. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
