Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Your portrait is printed and dispatched by our print partners in the United States.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Your order moves through three stages:

1. Artwork and proof: normally within 48 hours of your order. We email you a digital proof for approval.
2. Printing: 2 to 4 business days after your proof is approved (by you, or 48 hours after we send it if we haven't heard back).
3. Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

Most orders arrive 6 to 12 business days after you place your order, depending on how quickly you approve your proof.

Production time starts once your proof is approved, not at purchase. If you need your portrait by a specific date, tell us at orders@fawnhouse.com and we'll do everything we can.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

To receive your portrait before Christmas, order by Friday, December 4 and reply to your proof within 48 hours.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free on all United States orders.

TRACKING

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address before approving your proof. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address; a reshipping fee may apply.
