Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Your portrait is printed and dispatched by our print partners in the United States.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Your order moves through three stages:

1. Artwork and proof — normally within 48 hours of your order. We email you a digital proof for approval.
2. Printing — 2 to 4 business days after you approve your proof.
3. Delivery — 3 to 7 business days.

Most orders arrive 6 to 12 business days after proof approval.

Because nothing is printed until you approve your proof, production time starts at approval, not at purchase. If you need your portrait by a specific date, tell us at orders@fawnhouse.com and we will do everything we can.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free on all United States orders.

TRACKING

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address before approving your proof. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; a reshipping fee may apply.
