Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no deposit. You only pay if you decide to order the portrait.
Why only 15 a day?
Every proof is painted by our team, so there's a limit to how many we can do well in a day. Requests are handled in the order they arrive.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Reply to the proof email and tell us what you'd like adjusted. Changes to the painting are free.
What do I get in the proof?
A preview image of the painted portrait with a watermark. The print is made from the full-resolution painting once you order.
How do I order after I see it?
The proof email has a link to your portrait's page. Pick the size and frame, and at the photo step choose to email it after checkout. We already have your photo and your proof.
